About this experience
Four coffees from four countries, cupped the way roasters taste them — slurped loudly, out of plain bowls, side by side. You'll notice more difference between them in twenty minutes than in months of ordering the same drip at the counter.
After cupping, a short walk onto the roasting floor to see (and hear, and smell) a batch go from green to roasted.
